| 摘 要： | 通过对风险投资项目的投资政策和投资阶段的风险的分析，给出了风险投资项目的终选方法和评价指标体系，并给出了相应的项目终选综合评价模型，以提高项目的终选质量和决策效率。

| Abstract: | Some methods and evaluating indexes of ultimate choice of projects for venture-capital investment were discussed by the analyses of the policies of venture-capital investment and the risks of investment stages. A comprehensive evaluation model in relation to it was also obtained, in order to improve the quality of ultimate choice of projects and promote the deciding efficiency of choice and evaluating of projects. |
