| 摘 要： | 新《公司法》在总则中明确规定公司要承担社会责任,这有利于对职工等利益相关者的保护。原《公司》法虽然对职工利益的保护也作出了规定,但远未系统化和明确化。新《公司法》通过一系列的措施加强了对职工利益的保护,但仍然存在缺陷,本文主要从现行法律规定出发进行阐述,同时就如何完善这一制度提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | New " Corporation Law " establisheds definitely that the corporation should accept social responsibility, it's good to protect the interested people. The former law established the regulation to protect the staff's interests, but didn't systematize and definitude it further. The new one further protects staff's interests through a series of measures, but it also has disadvantages. The author started his ideas from present law and at the same time approached several suggestions. |
