| 摘 要： | 商业环境的变化使得企业的竞争优势越来越基于较低层次的核心能力要素。国有企业目前在制订重组战略和实施计划时所依据的理论假设越来越偏离实际。本文借鉴企业基因和企业基因组的概念,旨在对企业基因重组理论进行系统地完善和整合。依此理论为基础,本文深入分析了中国国有企业重组战略存在的严重缺陷,并提出了构建能力要素驱动型组织的策略性框架。

| Abstract: | With the change of business environment, the competitive advantage of enterprises is increasingly based on the lower level competence factors. Now the theoretical hypothesis adopted by SOEs when they formulate their strategies and implementing plans is increasingly deviating from the practice. With the help of the concept of corporate gene and genome, this paper aims to perfect and integrate the Corporate Gene Rebuilding Theory systematically. On the basis of this theory, this paper also intends to deeply analyze the severe defects existing in SOEs and put forward a strategic frame on how to build a competence-driven organization. |
