信息产业科技创新体系FC M模型动态分析

摘    要:通过对我国信息产业科技创新体系中各种要素的分析,提出科技创新体系的基本框架。利用层次分析法得出各要素权重,采用模糊认知图分析不同要素间的关系,并通过对各关联因素相互影响的动态过程分析,得出信息产业科技创新的运行机制。这一机制揭示了创新体系中不同阶段各种因素权重的动态变化过程,为科技创新政策的评价提供基础的分析工具。

Abstract:The fuzzy cognitive maps were introduced into the analysis of the operational mechanism of science and technology innovation system for information industry.The relationship and interaction mechanism among various main parts of the innovation system in the national information industry were revealed by simulation.With the accurate analysis of various factors in the innovation system,the operational rule of the innovation system in our information industry could be understood more clearly and provided a viable analysis technique for the development of innovation policy.It is shown that the analysis result using this method can provide a valuable reference for the policy development in the innovation system.
