| 摘 要： | 在现有车牌定位的基础上,提出了一种结合图像空间信息方法和颜色空间信息方法进行车牌粗定位的方法。粗定位的结果可以用于车牌的精定位,为后续的车牌定位和识别打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the existing loction mothods of vehicle license plate, a new approach of rough location which combine the spatial information and tinctorial information is proposed for more effective and more accurate vehicle license plate recognition in the paper. The rough location result can be used to the accurate location, which provides a good foundation for next location and recognition. The experiments show that the proposed approach is effective and feasible. |
