摘    要:校企合作、工学结合是我国高职教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,本文在理解工学结合内涵的基础上,分析了目前高职教育中工学结合的根本障碍,探索了工学结合的动力机制、激励机制和约束机制,提出了能够兼顾校企生三方利益的市场驱动型和政府驱动型的工学结合模式。

Abstract:College-enterprise cooperation integrating work and learning is an important point in the reform of talents training model of higher vocational education in China. Based on understanding the connotation of work-learning inte- gration, this paper argues that the current fundamental obstacle of work-learning integration in higher vocational edu- cation is the lack of long-term mechanism balancing the interests of three parties - college, enterprise and student and the lack of effective mode. It also explores motivation mechanism, incentive mechanism and constraint mecha- nism of the work-learning integration, and market-driven mode as well as government-driven mode that combines the benefits of three parties.
