| 摘 要： | 文化是指人类在社会历史发展过程中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和，是一个民族的血脉和灵魂，是国家发展、民族振兴的重要支撑。档案即是一种文化的存在，又是一种社会文化机构。本文拟从文化视角探析档案的内涵，阐述档案工作在文化强国视角下，承担的文化使命及提高为文化强国建设服务的着力点。

| Abstract: | Culture is the composite of material and spiritual wealth created by humans in social and historical devel- opment, which is the spirit of a nation, and important pillar of country development and national rejuvenation. Archive is the existence of culture. This paper has proposed that archive work must be effectively carried out to serve as point of strength in China construction of powerful country in culture from the perspective of powerful cotmtry in culture. |
