| 摘 要： | 从农民土地产权强度视角分析中国农地制度的演变路径，可以发现：农民土地所有制制度赋予农民的土地产权强度最大，短期内绩效较好，但长期存在一定弊端；土地集体所有、统一经营制度赋予农民的土地产权强度最小，制度绩效最差；土地集体所有、家庭承包经营制度赋予农民适度的土地产权强度，制度绩效显著。未来中国农地制度改革的方向应该是逐步增加农民的土地权利，保证农民获得更加合理化的土地产权强度。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a study of the evolution logic of rural land system in China viewed from the strength of farmers＇ land property rights. The study finds that it can be divided into three stages. The first stage carried out the institution that farmers owned land, which gave farmers the strongest land rights and made a good profit in a short time, but there were some malpractice in a long time. The second stage implemented the collectivization, which gave farmers the weakest land rights strength and didn＇ t bring good performance. The third stage promoted the household responsibility system, which gives farmers proper land rights strength and has made good performances. The future oriented reform of rural land system in China should be to increase farmers＇ land rights progressively, thus ensuring the farmers to gain more reasonable land rights strength. |
