| 摘 要： | 通过调查,本文对我国大学生高水平篮球运动员的训练、学习在时间安排上进行了研究,目前大学生高水平篮球运动员的膳食标准普遍过低,为适应大运动量的训练所造成的身体能量消耗,通过研究,提出了合理膳食标准的建议。

| Abstract: | This article researches Chinese University high-level basketball players arrangement of training time and studying time by investigation. At present, the meals standard of University high-level basketball players is commonly low. Through studying seriously , the author raises some reaonable proposals for meals standard in order to adapt to the consumption of physical energy after very hard traning. |
