| 摘 要： | 借鉴美国财务管理人才的培养模式,对比分析我国"平台+模块"财务管理人才培养模式存在的问题,并从明确财务管理学历教育的目标、完善专业课程体系建设以及加强财务管理专业的后续教育三个方面来完善我国现行的"平台+模块"财务管理人才培养模式。
