| 摘 要： | 根据长江大学的实践,高校推行的院系目标管理应该突出一个"中心"(即服务和提高人才培养质量),围绕一个"目标"(即学校工作的总体目标),抓住几个关键"环节":一是构建科学合理的目标体系;二是加强目标管理的过程控制;三是实施科学有效的目标考核与绩效激励。
