| 摘 要： | 大学精神是大学之所以为大学的一个不可或缺的要素。大学精神是西方大学的产物,中国的大学精神有一定的内生元素,也受到西方大学理念的影响。美国的大学理念发育较为典型,对我国大学涵养和大学理念的提升以及更好地履行自身的使命,具有重要借鉴意义。
