| 摘 要： | 本文论述了校企合作的四种模式,分析了存在的三个典型问题,即企业与高校合作双方观念存在较大差异、政府主导的校企合作的政策法规不健全、校企合作所必需的完善的利益和风险投资机制尚未建成;提出了对策:整合校企合作观念,共建校企科研机构;完善政府主导的校企合作的政策法规体系;完善校企合作的利益分享与风险投资机制;设立研究基金,加大经费的投入与筹措;加大政府在校企合作中的管理和支持的力度;规范校企合作,创新利益分配;加强校企双方的沟通,形成良性的交流机制。
