| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年是我国高等教育大改革、大发展的重要时期,探讨和总结30年来我国高等教育发展的主要经验包括:在意识形态上,不断解放思想,坚持用发展的观点与时俱进地认识高等教育的属性、价值和功能;在体制机制上,坚持用改革创新的办法,不断破解高等教育发展难题;在发展理念上,追求协调发展、可持续发展和科学发展;在发展路径上,采取重点突破,带动整体发展的策略,推动高等教育整体水平和质量提升;在发展过程中,坚持以人为本,维护高等教育稳定发展大局。
