| 摘 要： | 在当今的农业生产中，虫害问题已成为减产的重要因素之一，随着植物基因工程的兴起与发展，该问题已在很大程度上得到解决。本文介绍了利用基因工程手段而分离到的几种抗虫基因，为抗虫基因工程的发展奠定了基础，并探讨了植物抗虫基因工程中存在问题和解决方案。

| Abstract: | The insect pest is one of major causes resulting in the reduction of agricultural output.The solution to this problem is largely dependent on the development of plant gene engineering.This essay reviews action mechanism of several frequently used plant insect-resistance genes and their application in developing transgenic plants.Moreover,It discusses the latest progress,potential problem and countermeasure of insect-resistance gene engineering of plant. |
