| 摘 要： | 网络社会组织处于内部管理机制不完善、主体性地位缺失、公信力不足等发展困境,而政府也存在监管措施不到位,相关法律法规缺失的问题,这些问题制约了网络社会组织的健康发展,影响社会和谐稳定。政府和网络社会组织应开展合作,共同解决存在的问题。网络社会组织要加强自身建设,提高公信力;政府部门应转变观念,构建科学的监管体制,完善治理机制,推动网络社会组织及现实社会的健康有序发展。

| Abstract: | Network society exist some dilemmas such as the incomplete internal management mechanism, deficient subjectivity, and insufficient credibility. In the government, the regulatory measures are not in place, and the relevant laws and regulations are not enough. These problems restrict the healthy development of the network, and influence the social harmony and stability. Thus the government and the internet society should cooperate, and solve the problems together, should strengthen itself construction, improve the credibility; and the government should change the idea, build the scientific supervision system, improve the governance mechanisms, and promote the network and society to develop healthily and orderly. |
