| 摘 要： | 文章通过对华南农业大学图书馆使用CALIS分布式联合虚拟参考咨询系统(简称CDCVRS)的情况及QQ超级群开展实时咨询的情况进行分析归纳,介绍了两个参考咨询平台各自的特点,总结了目前CDCVRS及QQ超级群使用过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | Through a comparative analysis of the application of both CDCVRS and QQ super group in the South China Agricultural University,the paper not only introduces the features of CDCVRS and QQ super group respectively,but also summarizes the main problems of these two sorts of software in reference services,and presents some suggestions to solve these problems. |
