| 摘 要： | 通过体育发达国家学校竞技体育管理模式的比较研究,指出我们与美国、加拿大、日本和德国的社会体制和经济发展等方面存有不同,在研究体育管理制度和模式时应考虑其影响力。我们认为,以互补原理为根基,根据本国国情和文化根基使学校体育竞技体育管理模式由政府主导管理型向体育社会团体(全国大学生体育协会和全国中学生体育协会等)为主导的管理型转变,实现两者优势互补,这应是我国的体育管理体制和学校体育竞技体育管理模式改革之发展趋势。更多的社会体育团体组织参与到体育管理中去,置身体育其中的积极性得到提升,体育社会化步伐势必加速。
