| 摘 要： | 在梳理国外企业信息情报相关文献的基础上,从多服务主体和图情管理两大学派的视角,系统分析了多服务主体的服务战略、模式、能力建设等几个方面的成果及趋势,同时对比我图企业信息服务的研究和实践现状,指出未来情报服务研究方向.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the overseas reference related to enterprise-oriented information & intelligence services,from the perspective of two academic schools—Library & Intelligence and Management,this paper systematically analyzes research results and trends about the strategies,models,capability construction of multi-class service providers.After comparing them with the theoretical and practical current status of China,future research direction is put forward. |
