| Abstract: | Subject management refers to the process and system of making teaching plans according to subject characteristics and cognitive law,setting up and implementing learning regulations,triggering,guiding,supervising and evaluating students’ learning activities so as to maximize effectiveness of students’ learning.It mainly includes managements of subject planning,classroom,homework,testing and evaluation,as well as learning habit and method.It is of reference value to schools in remote or ethnic areas. |
