摘    要:价格是企业的可控因素之一,但同时却又是一个十分敏感而又最难控制的因素。它直接关系着市场对产品的接受程度,影响着市场需求量的大小和利润的多少,许多企业为了扩大自己的市场占有率竞相打起了价格战。这已成为我国经济生活中的普遍现象。通过浅析价格战的优点与危害及原因,提出了应对价格战的策略,探究了企业如何从价格战中解脱出来。

Abstract:Price is one of the factors that can be controlled, but it is a very sensitive factor that is the most difficult to control as well. It is associated with how much the market could accept the product. It has effects on how much the requirement in the market is and how much the profit is. In order to increase the percentage of the product's possession in the market, many businesses joined the Price War each other. The so-called Price War is a kind of marketing tactics by which the businesses decrease their products' price so as to get their products' possession, provided that the products are of the same quality. In recent years, the Price War has been a common phenomenon in our country's economic life. In a lot of industries there have been Price War on different degrees. Many businesses often get into the Price War unconsciously. This passage slightly analyses the Price War's advantages, impairments and causes, puts forward to the tactics by which businesses could dial with the Price War and studies how the businesses could relieve from it.
