| Abstract: | In this paper,analysis is done to the citation of university scientific papers,as well as the gap between the citation of university scientific papers and that of the international universities papers and domestic research institutes ones.Then analysis is also given for the reasons why the rate of citation of university scientific papers is relatively low.Finally some countermeasures are suggested for how to improve the rate. |
