| 摘 要： | 吸收国外和香港地区高校的人力资源管理经验,我国高校的人力资源管理可以从以下方面加以借鉴:依法自主办学,强化法治管理,实行真正意义上的教师聘用制,严格教师考核,建立健全工资、福利体系,强化分类管理,进一步优化教职工队伍结构。

| Abstract: | As far as absorbing the management experience of human resources from universities in Hongkong and other countries is concerned,our universities can learn from them in the following aspects: independently managing school,enforcing lawful management,practicing the system of teachers engagement in a real sense,appraising teachers work rigorously,establishing a complete system of wages and welfare,improving categorized management and further optimizing the structure of staffs. |
