| 摘 要： | “执行难”问题是司法实践中的一大顽疾,其解决的好坏,不仅关系到当事人的合法权益,还影响到司法权威的树立。文章拟从执行权性质入手,就我国执行机构的改造提出一些建议,以期能有效解决当前执行工作所面临的困境。

| Abstract: | The enforcement difficulty has become a serious problem in our country's judicial practice.Its solution quality not only relates to the litigant's legal rights and interests,but also affects judicial authority.From the point of enforcement nature,this article proposed some suggestions on the reformation of our country's implementing agency in order to effectively solve the predicament the current implementing work faced. |
