| 摘 要： | 开放教育试点工作，应牢固确立以学生为主体的教育思想和教育观念，真正实现学习个体化自主学习；在教学方法上要通过运用现代教育技术，指导学生进行积极、主动地学习，充分应用计算机技术、网络技术和各种现代教育技术，为教师的“教”和学生的“学”提供比较完善的物质基础和比较丰富的教学资源。

| Abstract: | The importance of the pilot program of open education lies in the establishment of the student - centered educational thought and concept and the realization of learners' individualized autonomous study. In the teaching process, it is necessary to guide students to learn positively and autonomously via modem educational technology, make full use of computer network and various modem educational techniques to provide teachers and students with a good teaching and learning method as well as better material basis and rich instructional resources. |
