| 摘 要： | 吕祖谦是南宋中期著名的思想家,同时又是一位伟大的文学家。文章试以作为文学家的吕祖谦为研究对象,围绕吕祖谦的关于《古文关键》的散文批评理论进行全面的分析、阐述,认为其散文批评理论主要体现三个特点:讲求艺术构思的创作论、追求艺术风格的鉴赏论和讲求实用事功的散文批评论,以呈现吕祖谦在散文理论上的突出贡献和对后世散文创作的重要影响。
