| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、观察法并结合教学实际,对网球初学者正手击球技术易犯错误动作的相关理论研究进行了归纳分析.通过大量阅读近期有关网球方面的期刊、文章、报纸以及具有代表性的专业书籍,观看世界级网球选手的技术动作,结合教学实践后发现,对网球运动中各种技术的研究,可谓硕果累累,但仔细探究,各项研究涉及的内容大都较为宽泛,对网球运动中最重要、最常用的正手击球技术的研究不够深入,剖析不够深刻、全面,甚至各研究对同一技术环节提出截然不同的观点.在实践中,某些观点与实际脱节,不利于网球初学者对正手击球技术的快速准确掌握.作者将各项研究加以综合分析后提出:要继续丰富完善相关理论,及时校正不符实际的文字、集百家之言结合实际,概括出一套完整详细的理论;充分发挥理论的指导作用,教学时对学生进行反复理论灌输,使学生牢记正确动作与错误动作的区别;运用多种教学方法,提高教学质量和效率,充分运用动作示范,尤其是正确动作和错误动作的对比;在条件允许的情况下,运用多媒体手段,让学生观摩著名选手的技术动作,也可以将每一位学生的技术动作拍摄下来而后反复播放、点评、校正.

| Abstract: | The author induceed the mistakes which the tennis beginners inclined to make when forehand stroke by reading litera- ture, watching video and so on. From reading a lot of journals, articles, newspapers and representative books, watching the technique actions of world-class players and doing education practices, it was found that there are lots of researches of varies of techniques, but most of them are normal, the analysis of forehand stroke which is the most important and useful technique of tennis is not deep and comprehensive enough, even there are different views about one point of one technique and some views are disjointed with reality, which are not favor for the tennis beginners to quickly grasp the forehand stroke technique. The thesis elaborates the relative researches and puts forward the theme which is the action points and blundering mistakes of forehand stroke. In the end, put forward advice fol- lowing ： Adding related theory according to actual from other schools, aim at getting a set of perfect theory; Play fully a role of Theory of knowledge, remind repeatedly students remembering them, and let the tennis beginners know the difference between the correct ac- tion and the wrong action; All kinds of teaching methods should be used fully, espescally comparison ; Taking advantage of multi- media, so students can directly find themselves＇mistakes. |
