煤渣过滤调酸钨冶炼废水的研究

摘    要:本文结合公司生产实际,从节约成本考虑,研究了煤渣过滤的物理法处理钨冶炼废水,排除了化学沉淀法处理钨冶炼废水的可能性.研究结果表明,与现有生产上的板框过滤相比,废水调酸后的煤渣过滤可以达到对废水除臭的效果,实验选定最佳工艺条件为,煤渣的粒度控制在0.6 mm-1.7 mm,吸附柱高径比为15,废水流速为9 cm/min.

Abstract:Combining with the actual production of company and considering the production cost saving, the present paper investi- gated the physical method of tsungsten smelting waste water disposition by coal cinder filtering and excluded the possibility of waste wa- ter disposition by the chemical precipitation method. The results show that, compared with current plate and frame filtering method used at present production, the coal cinder filtering after acid adjustment also have the effect of deodorization. The best process condi- tions of using plate and prame filter after acid adjustment was that the cinder particle size is among 0.6 mm to 1.7 mm, the ratio of height to diameter is under 15, and the flow rate is 9 cm per min.
