高等教育发展与我国技术进步的协整分析

摘    要:文章运用DEA方法测定了我国1982—2011年的全要素生产率变动率,并以此作为我国技术进步水平的度量指标。随后以高校本科在校生的规模来度量我国高等教育发展,运用协整分析、误差修正模型和格兰杰因果检验,分析了我国高等教育发展对技术进步的影响。结果表明,尽管我国的高等教育发展与技术进步之间具有长期的均衡关系,但两者之间并不存在任何因果关系。

Abstract:This article uses DEA method to determinate the total factor productivity of China from 1982 to2011,and uses it as a metric of technology progress level in China. Then it uses the size of undergraduate students measured to indicate Chinese higher education development,through co- integration analysis,error correction model and Granger causality test. It also analyzes the impact of Chinese higher education development on technological progress. Empirical results show that despite the development of higher education in China and long- term equilibrium relationships between technological progress,there is no causal relationship between them.
