| 摘 要： | 随着社会与体育事业的进步与发展 ,《体育保健学》作为体育院系本科体育专业的必修课 ,原有教材在知识体系和内容等方面都略显陈旧。从深入理解体育教育专业学生的培养目标入手 ,利用文献资料法、调查访问法和比较法等 ,立足实际 ,对体育保健学知识体系进行系统的研究 ,再建了具有实用性、现实性、可操作性等明显特征的《体育保健学》课程结构体系。

| Abstract: | With the advance of society and physical education, 'health science in exercise', the compulsory course of the undergraduates in the institute of physical education, seems to be slightly out-of-date in the systematization of knowledge and its content. With the comprehension of the teaching aim of the physical education institutes' students, by means of the document data methods, etc., the author has done a systematic survey on the structure of the systematization of knowledge. The new knowledge system of 'health science in exercise' has been reestablished. The textbooks are of more practicability, actuality and operability. |
