| Abstract: | Government is one of the main parts of the social demand for secondary vocational education in the west, meanwhile, it is also the greatest investor. Its policies on economy, vocational education and employment will give rise to the changes of the social demand for secondary vocational education in the west. As well its public opinion orientation, reform in the system of registered permanent residence and its policies on employment, entering higher vocational school and the financial aid to the students will change the individual demand. |
