| 摘 要： | 为加强高职动漫专业师资队伍建设,在分析当前高职动漫专业师资队伍存在的突出问题基础上,提出采取科学方法引进与培养教师,加强高职动漫专业师资队伍建设的策略,采取内部转岗、外部聘请、公平引进的方法充实师资队伍;采取科学方法提高师资队伍的专业素质;加强双师型教师的培养,打造动漫专业双师型师资队伍。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the animation specialty in higher vocational colleges,by analyzing the current existing prominent problems,the article proposes to adopt scientific method to strengthen the animation specialty teachers team construction,that is,internal transferring,external hiring and fair introducing to enrich faculty,adopting scientific methods to enhance the professional quality of faculty,and strengthening the animation specialty double qualified teacher team training. |
