| 摘 要： | 在青少年跨栏运动员身上出现的错误动作，如不及时纠正将带来严重的后果。本列举了一些具有代表性的错误动作，对其产生的原因进行分析，提供了一些纠正的方法，想给从事跨栏运动的教练员运动员一些启发。

| Abstract: | It would bring serious aftereffects if the coaches did not correct the Mistakes of Teen-age Hurdlers on Technique in time. The article enumerates some representative mistaken actions and analyses the cause of it appearance. It also supplies some methods to correct the mistakes and some elicitations to those hurdle runners and their coaches. |
