| Abstract: | In the construction of ideological and political group,it is an urgent task at present to professionalize and vocationalize the counsellor group in the institutions of higher learning.We have to clearly define their status,to analyze their responsibilities,and to fulfill their pay and conditions.Only if we can raise their political and working status successively,we will reach the target of the professionalization and vocationalization of them in the institutions of higher learning. |
