| 摘 要： | 文献、专利与标准是创新发展过程中理论突破、技术实现和产业推广等环节的标志.标准对技术创新扩散起着积极作用,标准知识自身也存在溢出.借鉴知识溢出研究的理论与方法,在分析标准的多重经济作用的基础上,将标准知识分为显性知识和隐性知识两类,在此基础上探讨包括标准知识溢出的度量方法、溢出网络和标准化创新集聚等在内的若干标准知识溢出前沿问题.
