| 摘 要： | 常州社区大学是常州市社区教育的引领机构，其对社区培训学院的指导、管理是社区大学的一项重要职能。文章简述了常州社区大学对社区培训学院的各项指导，并分析了指导中存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了加强常州社区大学对社区培训学院的指导的策略与建议。

| Abstract: | Changzhou commuiversity is the lead agency of community education in Changzho. One of its important functions is to give guidance and management to the community training schools. This article gives a brief account of the Changzhou communiversity's various guidance to the community training schools and makes some analysis of the key problems in this work. On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions and strategies about how to strengthen this guidance. |
