| 摘 要： | 咨询业是典型的知识密集型服务业(KIBS)。在KIBS的视角下，咨询业是知识的需求者、加工者与供给者，在技术创新过程中起到沟通桥梁的重要作用。应当充分认识到咨询服务的知识特性，加强咨询企业的组织学习能力、加强咨询企业和客户的互动能力，促进我国咨询业的发展。

| Abstract: | Consulting industry is a typical type of knowledge intensive business service(KIBS).From the perspective of KIBS,consulting industry acts as the demander,processor and provider of knowledge ,bridging the gap in the process of technology innovation.Therefore,it is important of fully understand the knowledge characteristics of consulting service and carry out appropriate measures to boost the development of Chinese consulting industry. |
