| Abstract: | There are four characteristics in the development of modern science-technology innovation policies with the evolution of the policy theory and the change of the international situation and the innovation paradigms,that is,more to stress that the formation of the innovation policy is a learning process;to pay more attention to the feature and significance of the regional innovation policies;to orient the design and the use of policy instruments to cooperation;and to become gradually more and more alike for the policies of different nations or regions. |
