| 摘 要： | 教育与经济、社会的发展是一个耦合过程。作为满足职业岗位动态系统需求而存在的为区域经济发展服务的高等职业技术教育，必须作出相应变动。本文系统分析了高等职业技术教育赖以存在的基础和现状，由此提出了农业高职教育发展的理性思考，阐述了宏观和微观层面上高职教育发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Education and the development of economy and society is a coupling course.Higher vocational education which meets the needs of dynamic professional post and offers the serivce to regional economy must be changed correspondly.The article analyses the foundation higher vocational education lies on and its current situation,puts forward the rational thinking of the development of agricultural higher vocational education,expounds its countermeasures in macroscopic and microcosmic levels. |
