| Abstract: | The paper describes the origin and development of privacy as well as its concept and features. Much emphasis is put on analyzing privacy protection to different bodies and different civil liabilities when violating different bodies. It also pointed out the unique mean of civil liability. All these promotes theory of personality rights. |
