| 摘 要： | 集群成长模式作为浙江经济发展主流模式取得了很大成功,并引起广泛关注。本文在对浙江集群成长模式和支撑其可持续成长的“三位一体”复合创新系统和由分步创新逐步走向协同创新的创新模式进行了较深入的研究。并指出集群成长模式及其绩效既受制于集群参与主体的“创业文化”、“信用网络”、“商业环境”等人文条件,又依赖于集群内部完整创新链（研究开发－柔性专业化生产－市场开拓）的形成。一般说来,通过价值链－市场化渐次繁演出来的、具有历史渊源型产业,具有地方性自然经济和人文经济特征的企业集群具有较强的生命力。

| Abstract: | The great success of the aggregation growth model in Zhejiang Province has attracted wide attention. The present paper probes into the aggregation growth models of Zhejiang Province. On the basis of this, the paper further studies the "Three-in-One" composite innovative system, and the model that initially starts innovation step by step and then proceeds with a concerted innovative effort. It is pointed out that, though the aggregation growth model is constrained by factors such as "entrepreneurial culture", "credit network", "commerce environment", it depends on the innovation chain in the aggregation, which is "Research & Development"- "Flexible & Specialized Production" -"Market Development". Generally speaking, the aggregations based on strong historical origin and value chain are the ones with great vitality. |
