| 摘 要： | 高校是实施科技兴国战略、提高知识创新和技术创新能力的主力军,因此,提高高校的科技创新能力,使高校在社会经济发展中更好地发挥作用,为国家的科技发展事业做出更大的贡献已是当务之急。通过分析高校科研发展面临的新特点和发展趋势,就高校提高科技创新能力的途径进行了探讨。
