| 摘 要： | 目前，高校篮球教练员主要由本校体育教师兼任，以中青年、本科学历、中级职称人员为主，存在运动经历少，执教时间短，科研水平有限，训练积极性和科学化程度不高的问题。建议：（1）完善岗位培训、业绩评估、奖惩等政策制度；（2）出台培训、交流、鼓励自学、优先外派深造等措施；（3）鼓励教练员积极投身高层次科研活动；（4）完善教练员岗位设置，弥补现有人员能力水平的不足，引导在职篮球教练员主动自觉地提高水平。

| Abstract: | At present, the college basketball coaches are mainly physical education teachers, most of them are middle -aged and young, collegelevel education, mainly intermediate position staff. The main problems are less coaching experience, limited level of scientific research, low training enthusiasm and the level of scientific is- sues. It suggestions that we should improve job training, performance evaluation, incentives and other policies and systems, introduce measures such as training, exchanges, self - learning and other priority assignment, encourage coaches to actively join highlevel scientific research activities, perfect coaches＇ job settings in order to fill the existing ability level of staff shortage and guide the initiative basketball coaches to improve the level of the working. |
