| 摘 要： | 一直以来,乳酸被认为只是缺氧糖酵解的终产物,并且是致使运动性疲劳和运动后延迟性疼痛的主要因素。阶段着研究的不断深入,乳酸其它作用逐渐被人们发现,特别是乳酸穿梭概念的提出,对于乳酸的认识又进入了一个新的阶段。综述了近几年对乳酸研究成果,以改变长期人们对乳酸消极的认识。
