芝麻的营养价值与食疗

摘    要:本文首先扼要介绍了我国历代古芨对芝麻的营养、食用价值和抗衰老作用的评价;接着又以现代医学、营养学观点分析了芝麻的主要营养成分及其防病、抗衰老的机理;最后又从中医药角度略述了芝麻的食疗作用并列举了部分常用食疗处方。可供食品开发和中老年食疗爱好者参考。

Abstract:In the first place this poper gives a brief introduction to the comments of ancient boods in past dynaties on the nutritive and edible value of sesame and its anti -decrepitude function In the next place this paper discusses the main nutrition composition of sesame and its machanism of diseases prevention and anti - decrepitude from modern medicine point of view. In the end from traditional Chinese medical science point of view the paper gives an outline of diefotherapy function of sesame and lists some prescreptions most in use. They offer reference for foou development and dietotherapy lovers.
