| 摘 要： | 改革开放条件下,中国的社会阶层构成发生了趋向于多样化的巨大变化,分化和组合出了许多新的社会利益群体。这一分化突出表现为工人阶级内部的结构调整和农民阶级的变化,表现为“城乡二元结构”的解体,表现为乡镇企业职工、民工等新兴阶层和个体劳动者、私营企业主等复新阶层的出现与壮大。这一分化是中国社会进步进程中的一部分,是同时期中国政治发展的必然结果,又必然会对今后一个时期的政治发展产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | Under reform and open,great changes which tend to diversific ation have taken place in China's social strata. Many new benefit groups have b een divided and constituted. The division is prominently revealed in the interna l structural adjustment of the working class and the resolution of the peasantry ,in the disintegration of "Town and Country Dual Structure". It is also revea led in the appearance and expanding of the new and rising strata such as staff a nd workers of township enterprises,rural labourers,the resurgent strata such a s individual workers,private enterprise owners. This division is the part of th e course of social progress in China and the inevitable result of the political development in the corresponding period as well. It will inevitably produce posi tive influence on the political development in future. |
