| Abstract: | Harmonious society is a social state with amity of various relationships and progress within society. The key of political civilization is depended on the establishment of institutions and adherence to the regulations. In the course of establishing harmonious society, political civilization is the safeguard of harmonious society, which realization should make the situation at the lower level known to the bighter authories and make situation at higher authories known by lower lever in the political mechanism of contemporary China. |
