| 摘 要： | 随着我国户外运动产业的飞速发展，户外运动产业占国民经济比重将进一步提升，尤其在我国第三产业中所占的比重增长更为迅速，这就给行政管理部门带来相当大的压力。积极探索户外运动法制化对于有效降低户外运动中存在的风险，促进我国户外运动产业健康发展具有重大意义。
