| Abstract: | This paper is designed to analyze the feasibility of operation and management of a learning-based workshop for technical college education, indicating that the workshop prepare not only to meet the needs of traditional business/education partnerships as conducted in technical colleges, but also fit for the needs of the community it is aimed to serve, create the environment of enterprise culture in the way of commercialized management to make students obtain abilities of enhancing enterprise＇ s key competition, to materialize an important innovation of the education of the union of half-working and half-studying. |
