| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本松下公司FP1-C24系列PLC在普通车床C650改造中的应用,给出了C650车床电气控制的软、硬件设计。通过验证,采用先进的PLC控制取代传统的继电器控制,使普通车床的可靠性及效率大为提高。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the application of PLC of Panasonic of FP1 in controlling the ordinary turning machine.It gives the design of software and hardware about the electrical control of C650 turning machine.Through testing,this system can improve the reliability and efficiency by substituting the traditional relay with advanced PLC in controlling turning machine. |
